Year 5 Bottling
Members exclusive single cask bottling of cask strength single malt English whisky. Lightly-peated spirit casked in August 2018 in an ex-wine STR (shaved, toasted & re-charred) coopered from American Oak with heads replaced in French Oak. Character and flavour created through considered whisky-making including long fermentation, live brewers’ yeast and slow copper pot still distillation.

Notes of candied ginger, bonfire toffee, toasted cereal, liquorice and a whisp of smoke on the finish.
COLLECTION & DELIVERY
- To collect in person on Temperance Club Members day (Saturday 2nd September) please select shop collection at check-out. (we are unable to store and insure bottles that don’t belong to the company, so please only select collection if able to collect from the Distillery on 2nd September or at latest before 17:00 on 16th September)
- For UK Delivery, select delivery and please include an up to date delivery address.
- Overseas members should check-out online and use a mail forwarding service.
