Delivery & Returns


We aim to dispatch all orders within a timely manner, please allow 3-5 full workings for your order to arrive. During busy periods and around whisky releases this is subject to change.

  • We use DHL couriers. You will receive tracking information to the phone or e-mail you entered at checkout once your order has been collected from us. They will attempt two deliveries, before returning the parcel to the local depot where it will remain for collection for 5 days. Following this period the parcel will be returned to us. DHL T&C’s
  • Click & Collect: Orders placed through the web-site please allow 24hrs between ordering and collection. Please note click and collect is currently suspended on whisky releases. Address: White Peak Distillery, The Wire Works, Ambergate, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE56 2HE. Mon – Sat 11am – 5pm.
  • Free delivery: On orders over £69.00 (excluding gift vouchers)
  • Gift Vouchers and smaller merchandise will be despatched via royal mail.
  • Zoom Packs: We send these out in batches at least 7 days before your event. If it doesn’t arrive by Tuesday, please get in touch as we will have a tracking number for your item.
  • Overseas Delivery: TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED. See alternative solution below.
  •  We can only deliver to UK addresses. This can include mail forwarding services (at your own risk), such as forward2me.com. Some have already successfully used this service for our spirits.
  • Zoom packs can be sent to Europe, allow 10 days for delivery and the cost including postage is from £8.00. Please contact us directly to arrange booking and payment if your postcode does not display a shipping rate on our website.

If you wish to return items for any reason the procedures are outlined below. The distillery team would also be happy to speak to you on the phone, you can call the shop on 01773856918 Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm. you can also e-mail info@whitepeakdistillery.co.uk.

1. Order no longer wanted
If you are unsatisfied with your order we will endeavour to refund the full value of the item/items. Unless the item is damaged or faulty the order must be returned to us in a resalable condition, unopened within 7 days of the receipt of your order to the address below. Please include your order details and number.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of postage on the original order or the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty. Please obtain proof of postage when returning unwanted goods.

2. Item/s damaged or faulty
If your delivery arrives damaged please send a photograph of the damaged item to info@whitepeakdistillery.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the delivery and we will get back to you to arrange a replacement.

3. Refunds
Please note any reimbursement will be refunded using your original payment method and should be visible on your statement within 5-10 working days depending on your bank.
