Members exclusive single cask bottling of cask strength single malt English whisky.  Lightly-peated spirit casked in August 2018 in an ex-wine STR (shaved, toasted & re-charred) coopered from American Oak with heads replaced in French Oak.  Character and flavour created through considered whisky-making including long fermentation, live brewers’ yeast and slow copper pot still distillation.
