National Refill Day is a public awareness campaign to help prevent millions of single-use plastic bottles from polluting our streets and our oceans by encouraging people to carry a reusable water bottle and refill on the go.
If just 1 in 10 Brits Refilled just once a week, we’d save around 340 million plastic bottles a year!
The handy Refill App helps you to find free tap water near you – White Peak Distillery is one these refill stations so pop in and see us if you’re walking in Shining Cliff Woods and need a refill.
REFILL NOT LANDFILL
It’s not just water you can refill in our Distillery Shop – in Sept 2018 we launched our gin bottle refill service – Refill not Landfill. The service is proving really popular which is great for the environment. Lots of our customers agree that our Shining Cliff bottles are just too nice to throw away!
We now offer refills for 70cl Floral and Citrus bottles and 50cl Spiced bottles. Simply pop into the distillery at Ambergate with your empty bottles and you’ll receive a 15% discount. Saving money whilst reducing landfill – what’s not to love?
JOIN US IN SUPPORTING NATIONAL REFILL DAY
To support the national campaign for reuse we’re offering a free WPD bag for life until the end of June for every Shining Cliff gin bottle you bring to the Distillery to refill (in addition to the 15% refill discount!).
