TASTING NOTES

Our 1876 single malt cocktail. A warming, perfectly balanced blend of our Derbyshire single malt spirit, with simple syrup, Angostura bitters and an absinthe rinse. Named after the year our Distillery site at the Wire Works was established by our forebears Johnson & Nephew in 1876. A perfect, party-ready gift.

Ready to drink – simply pour over ice and enjoy with friends.

Small batch 50cl 31.5% ABV

Single malt blended with simple syrup, Angostura bitters and an Absinthe wash.

The single malt balances out the sweetness, and the Angostura and Absinthe add interesting medicinal notes.

SERVE: We like to drink it neat, with ice and a twist of orange peel.
