We’ve created a new outdoor space here at the Distillery – Yellow Wood.
Our first event in this space is Fire + Food by chef and creator Tom Byrom. Tom has a background in fine dining and now cooks incredible food, outdoor, over fire. Tom’s focus, like ours, is on flavour and good provenance. Tom’s been working with our friends at Wildnis to bring flavour, flair and fun to outdoor dining – so we’re really excited to have him cooking down at the Distillery for us!
The menu for this first event is sticky truffled beef brisket with baby pickled and grilled vegetables, with a smoked potato mayonnaise. For the veggies, Tom will be serving up fire roasted celeriac.
Tom will be cooking up a feast over an open fire, there will be some live folk music, and of course, a well-stocked bar for you to enjoy. Bring a chair with you, and dress for the weather – it’s an outdoor event!
