TASTING NOTES

Limited Edition gin, in collaboration with Derbyshire Wildlife Trust.

It contains key botanicals hand foraged from the river Derwent and our reserves close to the distillery in the Derwent Valley. These include water mint, Himalayan balsam seeds, meadowsweet, wood sorrel and red clover.

There are just 149 bottles of the 2024 batch, and all proceeds from their sales (after alcohol duty and VAT) go to the Derbyshire Wildlife Trust Rivers Appeal.

Fresh watermint on the nose.

Mint and creamy notes of Himalayan Balsam on the palate.

A floral finish.

SERVE: Delicious neat over ice, or with a premium Indian tonic water. Garnish with cucumber, lime and mint.
